OTTAWA--The Montreal Impact (10-2) moved up two places in the A-League Northeast Division standings Tuesday with a 1-0 win over the first-place Toronto Lynx (10-4) in front of 3,865 at Ottawa's Keith Harris Stadium. The two teams are tied at the top of the table with 28 points each. Mauro Biello scored the deciding goal in the ninth minute, assisted by Carl Fletcher. Goalie Paolo Ceccarelli came up with seven saves to post his seventh shutout of the year. Toronto 'keeper Pat Onstad kept the game close by stopping 13 of the Impact's 19 shots. The win was Montreal's third straight. The Lynx have dropped their last two. Scoring:
