TORONTO--The Richmond Kickers (9-8) snapped a three-game losing streak Saturday by blanking the Toronto Lynx (10-5) 2-0 in front of 1,776 at Varsity Stadium. Dian Anguelov's game-winner came in the ninth minute, off a free kick by Josh McKay. Rob Ukrop added an insurance tally in the 22nd, connecting with the rebound of a blocked shot and sending it off the underside of the bar and into the net. Midfielder Paul Stalteri came closest to putting Toronto on the board, with a second-half shot off the side of the post. The loss gives Toronto their longest losing streak of the season, three games.
