A combination of solid defending and a goal by the prolific Kadian Leckie at just six minutes into the game turned out to be enough for York Regions Shooters in their 1-0 defeat of TFC Academy at Maple Sunday evening. Kevin Omokhua gave the home side the lead at 11 minutes at Victoria Park in Brampton and Jason Shannon tied 1-1 for FC Hamilton Croatia at the 38th minute mark, the score at half-time.
