2nd Half:..starts at 9:32pm.
There were a lot of halftime subs and they weren't announced but I figured them out to be:
TSV sub...Wittmann replaces Jentzsch in net.
TSV sub...Torban Hoffmann replaces Agostino.
TSV sub...Ehlers replaces Dheedene.
CPSL sub...Miranda replaces Meuleman in net.
CPSL sub...Ianiero replaces someone.
47 min...TSV Max crosses ball to left and TSV forward gets away mid-air shot from 15 yards well over net.
50 min...TSV player boots loose ball over net from 20 yards.
53 min...CPSL Kuzmanovski gets breakaway from 60 yards but as defender catches up to him he rolls 25 yard shot wide left.
54 min...TSV Borimirov GOAL...Wiesinger touches ball over on 7 yard pass on freekick from right and Borimirov blasts 20 yard shot into short right side of net.
56 min...CPSL sub...Rizzo replaces Dervishi.
57 min...TSV goalie catches bouncing throw-in to box from left.
58 min...CPSL sub...Gluscevic replaces Kuzmanovski.
59 min...TSV Stranzi tries bicycle kick from edge of CPSL box but ball pops over net.
65 min...TSV YELLOW card...Schroth for follow up arguement on freekick at midfield, he motions by pulling his shirt which reminded me of Saturday Night Live's Michael Myers Sprockets character Dieter "I'm as happy as a little girl!".
65 min...CPSL Arghittu 30 yard shot caught by goalie.
67 min...TSV Stranzi crosses low from right, sliding CPSL Mossavat pops ball up and goalie leaps and catches it on left post.
68 min...CPSL sub...Hemming replaces Arghittu.
69 min...CPSL Dragonic breaks in and 20 yard shot hits outside left side of net.
71 min...CPSL Gluscevic leads great CPSL pressure that includes his shot off the post and his bicycle kick that rolls just wide right of post.
72 min...CPSL goalie follows cross from right and dives on ball on left post.
73 min...TSV Pfuderer is in game but I didn't notice when he first came in.
74 min...TSV Holzer cornerkick from right, leaping TSV player heads ball wide left from 15 yards.
75 min...CPSL Gluscevic ends rush with 15 yard shot into right side webbing of net.
78 min...CPSL YELLOW card...Hemming for something at center line but referee Lambert has card slip from his hand so it looks like he's throwing it up in the air.
80 min...CPSL cornerkick from right is headed away and TSV get another fast break out.
82 min...TSV Wiesinger 30 yard shot is just deflected over net.
82 min...CPSL players in their box partially clear conrerkick from right and block rebound shot from 20 yards.
84 min...TSV Schroth races down right wing and his cross is headed wide left by CPSL defender for safety.
87 min...TSV Borimirov freekick near right corner headed up and away.
89 min...CPSL Mancini freekick from 25 yard is just over net. (when did he come into game?)
92 min...game ends 10:19pm.

Final Score:.......CPSL All Stars.............0................TSV Munich 1860...............6..............

First goal by Roman Tyce was actually a deflection as CPSL defender Jason Faria kicked the ball to clear as Tyce was even with him on break but ball hits Tyce and pops off him and over goalie Pieter Meuleman from 15 yards out. The third goal was from the Australian Paul Agostino as he backheeled a ball in from 5 yards after receiving a cross from the right while his back was turned to net.

1860 Munich were great on the fast break as whenever the CPSL team had a cornerkick or freekick and Munich recovered they could turn around and have six guys start a rush into the other end.

Toronto Lynx could play this team to a respectful 3-0 loss if they play defensively but CPSL played to score goals and were caught short at the back. CPSLs problem was also they played like an all-star team in that the players weren't used to playing together so mistimed about ten offensive offsides during the game but got about three break-ins when their plays worked.

Did 1860 Munich ease up? Maybe, but their maybe six subs at halftime just weren't that good. CPSL Dejan Gluscevic subbed on at 58 minutes and had three good chances. News reports in Germany referred to the opposition as the 'Ontario All-Stars' to maybe avoid any confusion that this was the national team who earlier in the day were beating Switzerland 3-1. Our city newspaper didn't report the national team game neither but had their almost daily story about a player from Calgary who's playing for England at the World Cup.

The 6:00pm game had the CPSL Hamilton Thunder and 'Tri-City' All Stars (Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge) play to a 0-0 tie which proves that this area could easily find a team for the CPSL next year. Mississauga Olympians coach/owner David Gee told me he has signed about six of those stars to play for his CPSL team this year.
