3 min...VSD Giumerra gets through ball in DF box but can't turn around and get away shot or pass when goalie knocks ball out of reach.
10 min...VSD Alava steals ball away from defender on edge of box and goalie comes out to bat ball away.
11 min...VSD Casilinuvo runs down left, stops and crosses to VSD Gus Kouzmanis who has his 15 yard shot blocked by sliding defender, ball spins forward to VSD Giumerra whose 8 yard shot stopped point blank by sliding goalie.
13 min...VSD Giumerra high cross from left, VSD Gus Kouzmanis gets to ball but goalie beats him to bouncer.
15 min...VSD Gus Kouzmanis 25 yard roller deflects off defender wide right.
16 min...VSD Giumerra cornerkick from right, goalie charges out to group of players to punch ball away.
17 min...DF Vickers 45 yard freekick from left is wide right of net.
18 min...DF goalie barely beats VSD Gus Kouzmanis to backpass header.
19 min...DF Vickers injured in own end taking ball in the head.
20 min...DF Humphrey 45 yard freekick from right floats in and leaping goalie punches it off head of DF player.

25 min...VSD Lissone cross from left, VSD Casilinuvo flick pops up header from 8 yards on short left is caught by goalie.
27 min...DF Boyle cross from 50 yards on right, charging goalie catches ball on edge of box.
28 min...DF Caresquiero bounces 30 yard shot through middle of field and it rolls to goalie.
32 min...DF Vickers heads away VSD Giumerra cross from right into DF box.
34 min...VSD Casilinuvo gets rolling cross in middle and he eludes one defender but rolls 20 yard kick wide right.
37 min...Flames Jamal Jupiter GOAL...Flames Desmond Humphrey takes long throw-in from the right 30 yard line, VSD defender back heads ball through box trying to get it through box on left side, Flames Sean Caresquiero on left 5 yards chips ball up and Jupiter charges into crowd of defenders to head in from 1 yard on right side of net.
38 min...VSD Giumerra 20 yard header is caught just under bar by DF goalie.
40 min...VSD Casilinuvo runs up middle on 3 on 2 break where he rolls a 12 yard shot just wide left of post.
43 min...VSD Smith long throw-in from left, DF goalie catches ball in crowd of players.
45 min...VSD Gus Kouzmanis freekick from 30 yards is low and into wall of players.

Some interesting halftime contests included a $500 prize to kick a ball through a hole in a sign board leaned against the net. Also a '4 corners' contest where a fan at each cornerflag kicked a soccer ball as close to the middle of the center circle as they could. Those are regular features of each game.
