74 min...Flames Edsen Breceda GOAL...Flames Paul Boyle rushes into box in middle and passes to right to Breceda and his 15 yard shot from right is into high left side of net.

82 min...Shooters Remone Metyas RED card...On Shooters freekick from left edge of box the ball was tapped over and the shot was blocked but Metyas ran into goalie Serge Desbien injuring him near left post. The referee's assistant signalled referee Yakov Keimakh over to tell him from his angle on the incident.

87 min...YS Medwin from center line sends YS Todaro in alone but his low 20 yard shot is stopped by sliding goalie.
88 min...YS Grande 50 yard freekick from right, YS Robert Black leaping header on left is off bar over net.

90 min...YS player's freekick from left worked over for YS Said to send 30 yard shot over crowd well over bar.

Attendance was about 175 on this warm evening.
Serge Desbien earned the shutout for the Flames. This was quite a turn around as a rematch from last night's Shooters 5-0 victory. Flames team official Frank Kralj warned me about this before the game as he said Flames have had a lot of of injuries but things would be different tonight. There weren't a lot of shots in the first half and I had a nine minute gap in my notes because nothing was even threatening with only midfield action. Shooters brought in halftime offensive subs of Paul Sinisi and Steve Said and that seemed to get the game moving although it was the Flames who got the goals.
