If the CPSL weren't so silly, this is how the final season standings would look:
Toronto Supra 14-4-2 49-21 46
Metro Lions 12-5-3 50-32 41
Vaughan Shooters 11-5-4 41-23 38
Hamilton Thunder 10-6-4 51-22 36
Toronto Croatia 9-4-7 42-30 31
Border Stars 9-4-7 38-32 31
Brampton Hitmen 7-5-8 32-35 26
London City 7-3-10 35-42 24
St. Catharines Wolves 3-5-12 27-44 14
North York Astros 3-4-13 22-46 13
Durham Storm 2-1-17 17-77 7
Toronto Supra would be ("league") champions.

Qualifiers for the Playoff Cup would be the same as they actually are, so at least the division into two groups didn't screw anyone over, but Metro and Vaughan would be seeded higher than Hamilton. (Under the silly CPSL rules, Metro and Vaughan are actually seeded lower than Hamilton even though they did better than Hamilton in exactly the same schedule.)
