CRUZEIRO OF BRAZIL HERE SATURDAY
OPEN CANADA CUP SCHEDULE SWITCH
Tuesday - June 28, 2005

Cruzeiro F.C. of Brazil will be in Toronto on Saturday July 2 for an exhibition game with the CPSL’s Toronto Supra at Brockton Stadium, a 4 p.m. kickoff. Considered to be one of the most attractive teams in South America, the Brazilian team will be at the resurfaced Dufferin and Bloor Street ground for a rare visit to Canada and North America.

The friendly has necessitated a schedule switch which moves the Open Canada Cup Second Round game between Supra and Vaughan Shooters from the Sunday, July 3, 2.30 p.m. spot at Esther Shiner Stadium to Monday, July 4, an 8 p.m. kickoff at Brockton.

All remaining Toronto Supra home games will be played at Brockton Stadium with the same date and kickoff times previously announced for Centennial Stadium.
