ALEXANDER RICKETT 'S TWO GOALS LEADS WINDSOR STARS TO VICTORY Two goals by midfielder Alexander Rickett led Windsor Stars to 4-1 victory over Southwestern Ontario rival London City in the only game played in the CSL First Division Saturday. Rickett opened the scoring at 28 minutes at Windsor Stadium for a 1-0 lead at the interval and following a period when London City threatened to get on even terms the home side increased the lead to 2-0 on a goal by defender Michael Chiandussi. He found the top corner of the net with a drive from 30 yards that beat London goalkeeper Vladimir Markotic at the 60th minute mark. Rickett struck his second goal seven minutes later and at 75 minutes Erik Cirovski increased the Windsor lead to 4-0. London City reduced the lead at 78 minutes when Nenad Nikolic scored from a penalty ordered by referee Scott Decker following a hand ball infringement inside the Windsor 18 yard line, a 4-1 final score.
