YORK UNITED FC OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES 2021 'COMMUNITY EDITION' SHIRT  
The 'Nine Stripes Edition' jersey was revealed last December.

A new chapter and a sharp new look.

York United FC has officially launched its 'Community Edition' kit for the 2021 Canadian Premier 
League season.

With a focus on togetherness and solidarity, it takes inspiration from the criss-crossing roads 
and waterways from Lake Ontario to Lake Simcoe: the veins in the bloodstream of the Greater 
Toronto Area. With a colour palate that boasts York Green, Lake Ontario Blue, Trillium White 
and Victory Gold, the shirt is also complemented by the motto of the old City of York:

E SINGULIS COMMUNITAS: FROM ONE, A COMMUNITY.

The shirt - just like the Nine Stripes Edition that was revealed back in December, was created 
in-house by York United's design team led by Robert Marchese and in collaboration with the league's 
official manufacturing partner Macron.

“First and foremost, let’s call this out for what it is - a stunning looking jersey,” says Angus McNab, 
the club's CEO/President & GM.

“The team at Macron - in partnership with Rob here at the club - have done a fantastic job with 
the 2021 Collection and I believe we can call both our fans and players ‘best-dressed’ in 2021.”
